• Assist experienced Waterproofing Applicators with the following tasks.

• Measure and cut material to fit around penetrations such as skylights, vents, chimney edges, corners, and ridges.
• Place material under prefabricated flashing.
• Placing and securing roofing waterproof sheets.
• Aligning roofing material on roof areas.
• Use of blow torch, heat air gun or any other tool to install the sheets and membrane.
• Apply joint sealants.
• Install peel and stick membranes to roof.
• Ensure areas being waterproofed are signposted correctly and protected to ensure safety of other workers and the public.
• To follow the company’s Health & Safety policies.
• Attend all Site safe training, in-house training, any OSH seminars as directed by employer.
• Any other task that may apply from time to time.
• You may occasionally need to travel to work on site projects located in different regions in New Zealand. In such cases, your flights, accommodation, meals and travel will be covered by the company.
